Improving Skills with Pump Equipment Maintenance Training

Recently, at Guangdong JiaNeng, we completed a training program to teach our employees how to better take care of pump equipment. The main goal was to make our employees more skilled at keeping pumps in good shape.
In this training, we focused on teaching how to maintain single-stage, single-suction centrifugal water pumps. First, our expert maintenance engineers gave theoretical lessons. They explained how these pumps work and what they look like inside, which laid the foundation for hands-on training.
After that, we got practical. Employees learned how to take apart and put back together these water pumps, so they really understood how the pumps work. We also talked about common problems that can happen in real situations, so employees got a good understanding of maintenance.
A special part of the training involved pretending there were problems with the pumps. This helped employees learn how to deal with real issues and fix them. This made our employees better at handling the equipment and solving problems.
We're going to keep working on improving our employees' skills with more training in the future. This will support our company's growth in the long run.
