1、In case of any failure of the goods provided by the Seller, the Seller shall provide solutions within 24 hours after receiving the Buyer's notice. If required by the Buyer, the Seller shall arrive at the site in Guangdong Province for handling within 48 hours after receiving the Buyer's notice.   

 

2、During the warranty period, if the buyer does not damage the machinery artificially, the seller will provide free warranty.   

 

 

3、The product warranty period is 18 months after delivery or 12 months after installation, whichever comes first. During the warranty period, the Seller shall be responsible for solving the problems about the goods and bear the costs.

 

 

4、During the normal operation of the equipment, the Seller shall pay a regular return visit to know about the running condition of the equipment.
